One of my favorite sandwiches of all time is the Classic Reubens but the bread kills it and so does drowning in too much Thousands Island. 

Today, I came up with the “Reubfin”… Basically just a breadless Reuben! It was incredible and really takes care of that craving and it only has 3 carbs and a ton of protein. 

I heated up 4 oz of Corned Beef, threw a piece of Swiss cheese on there and a pile of sauerkraut and just lightly drizzled Thousand Island.
