Nope…I haven’t cheated and I didn’t give up…however, I did do a 5 day egg fast and dropped about 9 pounds and took the wee off from exercising…so today feels like a restart without the weight gain.
I was down over 9 lbs this week and didn’t gain this weekend…which was a miracle.
Today I start only having by BPC and vitamins for breakfast- fast through and only actually eat food between 5pm-9pm- so basically dinner and maybe a snack.
I’m also planning on changing my work out up a bit and trying to do boxing longer since it’s my favorite thing to do. I think I’m going to double up on the stationary bike, lay off of the “steps” due to the sounds my knees make, add a rep to the weights and try to run through my kettlebell warm up without a break in between.
It’s a snow day so I won’t be getting my walking in but that hasn’t stopped…I walk about an hour every weekday.
I think I’m going to clean up my path in the Sharketo Dojo and add some jogging running as well.
I’m down about 62 lbs so far this year but still have a long way to go.
