This weeks “In The Kitchen with Sharky and Jackie” is super easy and it was amazing! Most people already have a great Buffalo Chicken dip and the great thing is- it’s usually already Sharketo approved!! The ingredients are pretty simple, it’s super easy to make and takes about 30 minutes- which is mostly just cooking.
The problem is- what can you dip in it if you aren’t eating tortilla chips and stuff like that?
We went with celery, cut up red/yellow/orange peppers and we took a few low carb tortilla’s, cut them into chips and threw them in the air fryer for about 6 minutes- threw some salt on them and BAM! They were pretty amazing as well.
This is a great dip to use to load up on some veggies and it fits Sharketo MACROS perfectly.
1 8oz bar of cream cheese
8oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese
4oz Blue Cheese Dressing
8tbsp Red Hot Wings Sauce
25oz or 2 cans of Tyson Premium White Chicken
This recipe is VERY adaptable- you can cook your own chicken, use Ranch instead of Blue Cheese or use your favorite hot wing/buffalo sauce…just watch for hidden carbs!
Based on what we used below, the MACROS are-
0g fiber (dip veggies to add fiber)
3g net carbs
This is legit the easiest recipe of all time.
Get a glass dish and mix all the ingredients together; using half of the cheese IN the mix and then the other half on top.
Cook for about 20 mins at 350 degrees and BOOM!
That is legit all it takes. If you like more spicier foods, just up the hot wing/buffalo sauce or just add some to your personal bowl.
