I’ve been doing a lot of different things lately to calm stress and not focus on worrying to much.
I’ve gotten back into playing video games a lot- I’ve always enjoyed playing video games but never really made much time for it in the past. I also started coloring and drawing and just doing things that I have interest in.
I have also noticed that sorting trading cards is a massive stress relief- I usually have YouTube or a show playing in the back ground and hours fly by.
My life is pretty amazing right now and there is much to worry about- my wife and I have worked really hard to get our life to a decent place and there just isn’t much to worry/stress or complain about these days.
