Day 1 of Phase 2 was a huge success!
I did IF perfectly and only ate from 5:30-9:30 and mostly just had one meal with a couple Sharketo friendly snacks here and there.
Had a chicken leg cooked in the air fryer and a huge salad- then a can of Vienna sausage and a handful of pepperonis a little later.
I did my walking during the day- then bike, boxing and weights with an added 30 min walk yesterday evening!
The plan never goes the way you want it but, overall, it’s basically on track.
On 01.01.2018 I gave myself two years to lose 200 lbs- 100 lbs in 2018 and 2019 and then maintain in 2020 through eternity.
I lost 110 lbs during the first 6 months of 2018 (100 lbs in 2018 CHECK.)
I spent July 1st 2018-July 1st 2019 maintaining that weight loss.
Now I have exactly 6 months to lose 90 lbs. (10 from 2018 plus 90 from 2019 is the next 100 lbs.)
I did NOT mean to basically take that year off and just maintain but it’s fine- I didn’t gain any of the 100 lbs back and I proved that I can maintain a specific weight.
I’m calling Jan-Jun 2018 – “Phase One.”
Jul-Dec 2019 is going to be “Phase Two.”
If I can lose 90 lbs over the next 6 months- which is beyond doable- than that means I lost 200 lbs in a year- technically- with a year of maintaining in between.
Either way….I want to be 240 lbs by 2020 but he overall goal is actually to get down to 220 lbs….in 2020…just flows nicely.
Then I can spent 2020 learning to maintain around 220-240 lbs and complete my trilogy.
None of this stuff probably makes sense to anyone else but it does in my brain and that is the important part.
I’ll sum it up really easy-
January – June 2018 = 110 lbs gone
July 2019 – December 2019 – 90 lbs gone (or more)
6 months + 6 months = 1 year…200 lbs or more lost in 1 year!
Now…to repeat Day 1…182 more times!
Love, Peace and Sharkyness
