I was a spoiled brat most of my life. I grew up on welfare while my mom worked “under the table” for tax free money

Sure….head out to arrest her…she’s dead.

I was raised watching my mom strip tobacco and then people bitch about that giant $96 welfare check we got each month.

However, with that said, I also understand that I grew up with a water bed, VCR, Nintendo and every toy I could basically ever want and I had all that because she did what she had to do to give it to me.

I got the $120 Reebok Pumps and I wear a Miami Hurricanes Start jacket back before you could get that stuff at Wal-Mart.

My room was covered in toys and tons of stuff that most poor kids didn’t have. From rubber wrestlers to Nintendo games to He-Man figures.

I also went through my Garfield phase….I had the awesome Garfield telephone where you picked his back up to answer.

I also went through my Simpsons phase as well where my room was wall to wall YELLOW.

I also had cool rooms and, TO THIS DAY, I still have an amazing room- AKA “Man Cave”…with toys all over the place…and video games….

…but no waterbed.

Love, Peace and Sharkyness
