On a perfect Sharketo day, I try to only eat in a 4 hour window but the last week or so, I’ve had bronchitis. The DR put me on a steroid that I have to take in the morning and have to take it with food so I needed to find something quick and delicious AND…it just so happens that my wife had a coupon for a new type of keto bar and…OMG…I found a new favorite!
I’m not sure if the new “think! KETO Protein Bar” comes in other flavors but I do know that the Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie version is beyond amazing!
The first great thing about it is that it’s not really all the expensive- compared to others like Quest.
The second great thing is it’s made with erythirtol which is a sugar substitute that is Sharketo friendly.
Finally…the greatest thing is- it taste amazing!
The texture was a bit surprising because it’s sort of “gritty” and I don’t recall any Peanut Butter Pie I’ve ever had being gritty but, if you made it with crunchy peanut butter or REAL peanuts- I could see it.
It taste more like a candy bar to me and I could see me eating this as a quick meal or just a dessert when I’m fighting off sweet cravings.
A serving is one bar- duh- with 180 calories, 14g of fat and 10g protein- which is perfect for Sharketo.
Since Sharketo mostly focuses on carbs though- it has 14g of carbs overall with a NetCarb total of just 4g! You have 3g of fiber and the 7g of sugar alcohol is the erythritol so you can subtract all of it.
For me- this is a MASSIVE success and this bar is going to become something I keep in the cabinet to help me fight off my addiction to sweets and candy.
I will be buying these little babies regularly and highly suggest them on Sharketo!
Love, Peace and Sharketo
