Not at all.
If anything, I went the opposite weigh and destroyed all the good habits I built in 2018 and gained a large amount of my weight back- not all of it but getting there.
I feel like 2019 really set me so far back I may never recover and I didn’t do a single thing to improve myself.
It wasn’t just a wasted year…it was a negative year.
