Goals

From 01.01.2018 – 06.30.2018 my goal was to drop at least 10 lbs per month.

I averaged –

18.33 lbs per month
4.23 lbs per week

Starting 08.01.2018 I’ve set new goals.

11.25 lbs per month
2.52 lbs per week

This is giving me 250 days to lose the other 90 lbs to hit my overall goal on 04.08.2019.
