CONTEST RULES

1. All SharkysWorld.com contests are open to any/all SharkysWorld.com viewers, unless otherwise specified by Sharkfin, Inc. or it’s affiliates.
2. All prizes, unless otherwise specified, will be delivered within 30 days; either by USPS or PayPal.
3. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited after 30 days. If we do not receive your address/PayPal account, we can not sent the prize.
4. Odds of winning will depend on the number of qualified entries.
5. Staff of SharkysWorld.com, Sharkfin, Inc. it’s advertising agencies, their affiliates, sponsors of the contest, representatives, and their families or households are ineligible to enter/win.
6. SharkysWorld.com is not responsible for prizes lost in the mail.
7. Additions or deletions to these rules may be made at the discretion of SharkysWorld.com and may be enacted at any time.
8. All winners must be at least 18 years old.
9. All contest entries become the property of SharkysWorld.com.
10. All contestants acknowledge, as a condition of entry, that SharkysWorld.com has a right to publicize, or announce the winner’s name, character, likeness, voice or all matters incidental hereine.
11. Winners understand and agree that they are responsible for any and all taxes incurred on prizes received.
12. Contests are open to U.S. residents only.
13. The decision of SharkysWorld.com is final. Winners will be notified by email.
