2021 – Chapter 2
Chapter 2 of 2021 wasn’t as nice.
I knew the first week would be a success and that week 2 would be a struggle but not as bad as I thought.
I’ve been watching the Headspace stuff on Netflix and trying to learn to mediate and it’s going slowly but I do feel more relaxed afterwards.
Watching news almost 24/7 hasn’t really helped the stress/emotional eating but it’s a work in progress.
Thankfully, I still lost a bit of weight and, thanks to week 1, I’m still on my 4 lbs per week target.
