I think it can be extremely helpful in calming and relaxing yourself and I wish I could do it more often.
I’ve done meditation a few times this year and it’s really helped- just to clear everything away and stop for a few minutes and allow your body to just get that “floating” feeling and not be focused on ANYTHING.
Maybe I can try to focus more on that in 2020.
