These change based on a few things- weekend or weekdays- how well did I sleep and how do I feel.

My “main” routine on weekdays is to get up at 5:30am and go down to do cardio and boxing. Shave my head and take a shower around 6-6:15am and then head to work and get there by 7am.

On the way to work I’m usually drinking a no calorie/no carb energy drink or stop by McDonald’s and get a large Americano and I’m listening to MSNBC on the radio.

Weekends- we try to sleep in but that means 8am these days and then we usually lay in the bed and snuggle or check our phones and then hop up- straighten the house, take showers and head out shopping or just doing something fun.

Most Sundays we lay in the bed longer- straighten the house and watch the SNL from the night before and usually Sunday is the only day we have “breakfast”.

Of course- there are some days that I don’t get up at 5:30am because I had a rough night from tossing and turning or sneezing all night.

That’s about it.
