We’ve tried several type of keto biscuits but these are, by far, the best ones of the bunch…unless you want those amazing “Almost Red Lobster Cheddar Biscuits” that we make…recipe is HERE.
These are pretty easy and don’t take all that long…the key is CarbQuik- which you can find online and it’s amazing. We pick ours up at a little local place in Lexington, KY.
Here is what you need-
2 cups CarbQuik
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup diet 7Up
1/2 stick butter
You melt the butter in a 8×8 square glass dish.
Put the CarbQuik in a bowl and cut in the sour cream then the mix in the 7Up.
Throw some CarbQuik on the counter so the mix won’t stick as you shape the biscuits.
Knead out the dough a little and pat out (don’t use a rolling pin) and cut out using a biscuit cutter and put them in the buttered 8×8 dish- 3 rows of 3 biscuits (9) should fit perfectly; then flip them all over so both sides get some butter. This should leave enough for one “ugly” biscuit that you just sort of shape the best you can and throw on an extra dish.
Cook at 450 F degrees for 12 minutes.
They should come out fluffy, buttery and amazing!
You should technically get 10 biscuits …so the calories are pretty high but if you are doing Sharketo and the intermittent fasting- they are perfect.

These are a HUGE hit with our family and everyone loved them during our Sharketogiving.
