Sharketo Peanut Butter Pie

My wife and I made this today and it was AMAZING! Great pie to make you feel like you’re cheating when you really aren’t!

Serving – 8


14 tbs Almond Flour
1 tbs Cocoa
2 tbs Erythritol
4 tbs Salted Butter

Mix almond flour, cocoa and erythritol in 2 quart glass baking dish. Melt the butter in the microwave. Add butter and mix until it’s all combined. Press into dish to make crust.


1/3 cup Erythritol
8 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup Peanut Butter (we used 100% natural)
1 large egg

Mix erythritol and cream cheese in food processor until blended. Add vanilla, peanut butter and egg and mix in food processor until blended/smooth. Pour and spread evenly on the crust.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Pie is done once it’s firm.

Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

WHIPPED CREAM TOPPING (this is only a serving of 2- we suggest making it as you eat the pie and not all at once.)

2 tbs Heavy Whipping Cream
1/8 tsp vanilla
.75 tsp Erythritol

In a bowl, add heavy whipping cream and mix with hand mixer on high for about 2 minutes.

Slowly mix in the erythritol a little at a time.

Add the vanilla extract and mix until you get “stiff peaks”.
