Sharkolate Bro-ookies

How about some chocolate brownie cookies for today’s SECOND “In The Kitchen with Sharky and Jackie” ! I LOVE brownies and have since I was little and these is an amazing recipe that let’s you have that same feeling.


3/4 c butter, melted
1/3 c coconut flour
3/4 c erythritol
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch salt
1/2 c sugar free chocolate chips- plus a few more for the top
1/4 c walnuts

Preheat oven to 350F and cover baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, coconut flour and erythritol. Add the eggs and mix with an electric mixer- then add the cocoa powder, baking soda, vanilla extract and salt. Mix again with mixer.

Finally, pour in the chocolate chips and walnuts and combine with a rubber spatula until the batter is thick.

We used an ice scream scoop to scoop out the cookies.

Cook for 13 minutes.

Makes roughly 18 cookies- depending on the size you choose.

MACROS will depend on the size of the cookies you make but based on roughly 18- ours came out to-
