Rate- 7\/10<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This one is cute, but I made it for a very specific reason. My mom was a candy maker, and I helped her as a kid. We would use white chocolate and make a ton of different colors and I would set, for hours, and paint candy molds and she would fill them up and pop them in the freezer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We would make platters of molded chocolate, suckers\u2026all types of stuff\u2026and she used it to make extra money.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We even had a deal with a local video store rental place to have her chocolate suckers on the counter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She passed away about 7 years ago and when I saw this- I knew she would have loved it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I did a little bit of customizing- I changed the counter around because I didn\u2019t like the way the instructions said to do it. I really HATE the outside lamp post and that was the saddest part because I love the build having an outside light source but that had me making this post out of black paper. I gave it a shot but there was NO way it was happening- paper isn\u2019t going to hold up a light and wiring. I ended up replacing the light post with extra flowers and it turned out pretty well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The other thing I didn\u2019t like is that they had the light wires just clued to the side of the building and it was ugly, so I took some extra vines and just glued them along the wire, so it looks like vines growing up the wall- looked MUCH better!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I added \u201cArlene\u2019s\u201d on the top as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There wasn\u2019t anything specifically \u201chard\u201d on this one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
